These reagents are designed to positively select or deplete CD3+ cells (cells expressing the CD3 antigen) from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The CD3 antigen is present on all T cells. This cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding to monocytes and macrophages.
