The choice of the cytokine cocktail influences the results of ex vivo culture dramatically.

CellGro® Cytokines comprise several recombinant human cytokines frequently used for ex vivo cell culture in the field of cell and gene therapy:

1. generation of dendritic cells: GM-CSF, IL-4, TNF-alpha, IL-6, IL-1beta
2. expansion of cord blood cells: IL-6, SCF, FLT3-L, TPO, IL-3
3. generation of megakaryocytes: TPO, SCF, FLT3-L, IL-3, IL-6

We recommend these cytokines on the basis of successful in-house and customer data. All cytokine batches are carefully tested in a variety of quality control tests and released according to a list of specifications, which are provided to the customer.

CellGenix can supply customers with recombinant human cytokines produced in E.coli without the use of animal derived raw materials in the production process.
